Which APIs does TIMOCOM have and when are they useful?
TIMOCOM has 5 APIs, however, the freight exchange API is divided into two modules: Offer and Search.
Freight exchange offer
With the Freight Exchange Offer API, you can create freight offers in your logistics software and send them from there to the TIMOCOM Freight Exchange.
When is this API useful?
- You post at least 100 freight offers per day on TIMOCOM.
- You want to minimise manual effort.
- You would like to digitalise how you enter freight offers.
Freight exchange search
With the Freight Exchange Search API, you can access the freight search feature of the TIMOCOM Freight Exchange from your logistics software and find suitable offers.
When is this API useful?
- You use TIMOCOM mainly to find return loads.
- Your vehicles are not always being used to their full capacity.
- Your dispatchers only find unsuitable loads.
Company profiles
With the Company Profiles API, you can easily import the required information on business partners from TIMOCOM into your logistics software.
When is this API useful?
- You want to verify the identity of new business partners.
- You want to register a new user?
- You want to create a new business partner.
Transport orders
With the Transport Orders API, you can send and receive transport orders simply and easily from your own logistics software via the TIMOCOM Marketplace.

Shipment tracking
The Shipment Tracking API sends status updates, the estimated time of arrival of a shipment (ETA) and GPS data of the vehicle directly to your logistics software.
