Yes, all TIMOCOM customers can use TIMOCOM AI for free.

The file formats JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF and Excel are supported for uploading transport data. You can also copy and paste text or screenshots into the input field.

To make sure TIMOCOM AI runs smoothly, we provide an Excel template to download.

The size of uploaded files must not exceed 5 MB to ensure fast processing and optimal AI performance. To make sure TIMOCOM AI runs smoothly, we provide an Excel template to download.

You can create up to 30 freight offers at the same time using TIMOCOM AI. The preview then allows you to check which freight offers have been correctly recognised before you publish them.

You will have the option to review the AI-generated freight data before the freight offers are published. Once you have done this, click ‘publish’.

The AI recognises content in all 24 languages of the Road Freight Marketplace and automatically translates it into the language that you have set up in your system.

There are essentially two ways to create freight offers via TIMOCOM AI. 

1. If you want to be able to create one freight offer, check the data carefully and adjust it if necessary before you publish it: 

Copy or save all relevant transport details. Then click on ‘New freight’ and then on ‘✨Generate’ in the top right-hand corner of the freight form. You now have several options for entering the transport data you copied or saved:

• Insert content: insert text, image or PDF files by adding them to the input field.
• Drag and drop: drag and drop your image, PDF or Excel files into the designated area.
• Upload documents: upload documents directly from your device.

Then click ‘ ✨Generate’.  The AI will now create the freight offer. Check the AI-generated data and amend it if necessary. The final step is to publish the freight offer.

2. If you want to create several freight offers at the same time and have the option to delete incorrectly generated freight offers in the preview before you publish them:

Copy or save all relevant transport details. Then click the ‘✨Generate’ button next to ‘New freight’. You now have several options for entering the transport data you copied or saved:

• Insert content: insert text, image or PDF files by adding them to the input field.
• Drag and drop: drag and drop your image, PDF or Excel files into the designated area.
• Upload documents: upload documents directly from your device.

Then click ‘ ✨Generate’. The AI will now create the freight offers. Check the AI-generated data in the preview and delete any incorrectly generated freight. Then publish the freight offers. In the last step, you will see an overview of which freight the AI has created as a freight offer and which it has not.
