Entering freight with TIMOCOM AI
With TIMOCOM AI, you can create freight offers in less than 20 seconds – either individually or several at the same time:

1. Click ‘✨Generate’: start entering freight by clicking the ‘✨Generate’ button at the top of the freight entry window.
2. Insert freight details: simply drag and drop your freight details as a text, image, Excel file or PDF into the field provided or upload them.
3. Click ‘✨Generate’ again: after uploading your freight information, click on ‘✨Generate’ again.
4. Check offers: check the freight offers created by TIMOCOM AI and amend the final information if necessary.
5. Publish offers: your freight offers are now ready for publication.

Entering freight manually

1. Meaningful completion of all mandatory fields

Tip: the more information you provide in your freight offer, the better! This will reduce queries and facilitate communication.

2. Making contact easy

TIMOCOM Messenger is automatically activated to save time and effort. Transport service providers can contact you more easily and quickly and send you quotes directly. This means fewer e-mails and phone calls – so you can keep track of all offers.

3. Publish freight
Done! Now you can publish your freight offer. 

4. Making changes to the freight offer
If you want to make changes to the freight offer later, you can do so using the pencil icon. You can then save your changes using the ‘Re-publish’ button or discard them by clicking ‘x’. 

Everyone has different requirements when searching for freight. For best results, you should pay attention to specific filter criteria. Here are some useful tips:

1. Specify various vehicle requirements: do not focus on just one specific type of body.

2. Amend the search radius: gradually expand or reduce your search radius to achieve optimal results.

3. Use advanced filters: use the ‘Must not contain’ filter to hide freight offers that do not meet your requirements (e.g. loading equipment exchange, waste transport, GMP certificate).

Do you often perform similar searches?

If you often have similar search queries, save your filters using the quick filter function.

1. Define your search criteria (e.g. from: Berlin, to: Warsaw, type of body: curtain).
2. Click on the blue post-it icon in the top left corner to save this search as a quick filter.

Want to stay up to date with the latest offers?

Then use the search function by clicking on the ‘New search’ button. A new window will open where you can perform a new search or, alternatively, turn on the notification function.

Have you found a suitable freight offer and want to give a quote?

1. Click the ‘Submit quote’ field in the bottom right corner of the offer details.
2. You can then send your individual quote to the customer. No further e-mails or telephone calls are necessary.
3. The customer can see an overview of all the quotes submitted for their freight, and you can also see all the quotes from your company.

Found a potential business partner and still have questions about an offer?

You can generally contact a customer using any of the methods specified in the top right-hand corner of the freight offer:

• If TIMOCOM Messenger is activated, we recommend that you use this option. Click on the speech bubble icon to quickly and easily resolve any unanswered questions. 
• If TIMOCOM Messenger is disabled, you can use e-mail instead. Click on the envelope icon to send an e-mail directly. 

Note: to use this function, you must have your e-mail set up as the default app in Windows. To do this:

1. In Windows, search for Default apps.
2. If your e-mail is not listed immediately, under Mail, select your e-mail provider from the displayed list of e-mail apps installed on your computer. 
3. You’ll then be able to automatically send e-mails directly from the freight offer at any time.

Is your vehicle empty or do you still have capacity? To avoid empty runs, we recommend that you use our vehicle exchange in addition to the freight search. 

As a general rule, the more information you provide in the vehicle space offer, the better. This will increase the chances of you being found during a vehicle space search. So specify your loading time, the vehicle’s starting location and destination, and the type of body and vehicle characteristics.

Tip: save your vehicle space offer as a template. This way, you will save a lot of time next time and you can offer your vehicle space with just a few clicks.

To get the best possible search results, use custom filter criteria. 

Here are a few tips that can help you: 

1. Instead of focussing too much on one type of body, specify various vehicle requirements. 
2. When using the area search, gradually increase or decrease your search radius to find the optimal result.

To make things easier, you can define standard information fields for your freight offers and simply hide irrelevant table columns. Arrange them just as you want them by clicking on the column and moving it while holding down the mouse button. 

Optimise your freight search by expanding or collapsing the search filter after you have performed your search and customise the table view entirely to your needs. Arrange the tables as you like by clicking on the column and moving it while holding down the mouse button.
