Routes & Costs

There is a lot to consider when planning a route, from vehicle specifications to truck restrictions or toll roads. On the TIMOCOM Marketplace, you can plan the perfect route and get precise cost calculations in just a few steps. 

Use the option to determine the route of the respective trip directly from a freight offer, transport order or tender and calculate the resulting travel and ancillary costs. 

Step 1: Route planning

1) Enter your loading and unloading locations.

2) Click on ‘Route settings’ and select your desired requirements. The most important information here is the type of vehicle and the vehicle height! 

3) Click on ‘Calculate route’ and the ideal route will be displayed. 

Tip: select what you want displayed on your map in the top left of the map under ‘Map and Details’. In addition to truck restrictions and construction sites, you can also display service stations or DocStops. 

Step 2: Route costs

1) After you have planned the route, the distance information will be transferred automatically.

2) Add your individual price per kilometre for your vehicle, enter your calculated toll costs and any other additional costs you expect to incur.

3) Now you’re ready to calculate your total costs.
