How can I get my money shortly after the transport has been completed?
Requirements: you are registered with our payment service partner JITpay™ and with TIMOCOM.
A how to:
- Fast check: click on ‘Fast payment check’ within the freight offer. Your order is automatically sent to our partner JITpay™.
- Upload documents: after the transport, upload all the required documents (such as the delivery receipt) and provide further details such as the freight cost.
- Verification & billing: your documents will be checked and the invoice created automatically. If information is missing, you will be contacted. Once everything is complete, the status will be set to ‘approved’.
- Risk assessment & payout: the JITpay™ risk management team will review your customer’s data.
- Positive verification: you will receive your money as soon as possible (status ‘paid’).
- Negative verification: the invoice is rejected (status ‘rejected’).
- Verification pending: in rare cases, the invoice may be set to ‘waiting’ because it cannot be paid immediately. JITpay™ will then manage the claim and forward the payment as soon as it has been received. In this case, please contact JITpay™ Support directly.

What if my customer does not pay?

- Enter your customer and debtor data.
- Upload your receivables data.
- Check one last time and request the debt collection service.
For your information:
A processing fee of €20 will be charged for each order. In the event that the debt collection service is successful, TIMOCOM charges the customer a success fee. The processing fee is included in this fee.
